I have to move my Photoshop Elements library by 18 June 2013 because Photoshop.com storage is changing to Adobe Revel. Can I move my library to a USB memory stick? I have mostly scrapbook kits and alot of it. They have offered to upgrade me to Photoshop 11 Should I just move my stuff to 11? would that be the easiest or best move to make? Please help
Adobe Revel is a brand new product, so the features are not as mature as the old Photoshop.com membership. Currently Abode Revel only handles JPG, not PNG and other file formats.
Photoshop.com storage and sharing service and Elements membership will move to a new home — Adobe® Revel™. Over the next few months, we will move users’ JPEG photos from Photoshop.com to Revel, and on June 18, 2013 we will close the storage and sharing service part of Photoshop.com. Although the Photoshop.com storage and sharing service will move to Revel, the Photoshop.com website will continue to be the destination for Photoshop product information, education, and inspiration.A few things to note:
- Revel doesn’t yet support all file formats, so we recommend archiving your current Photoshop.com library to your computer before June 18, 2013. Archive now.
- This is just the beginning — in the coming months, we will address key customer requests and expand onto new platforms, devices, and file formats.
- Elements 11 is integrated with Revel, so Elements 11 users can start using Revel now to access and view their Elements photos across multiple devices.
- We’ve created a dedicated forum for your questions and feedback. We value your input and strive to make this experience as easy as possible.
